93/7 Saturated TGIC Polyester Resin With Good Blooming Resistance
◎Introduction
NH3396 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system.
Powder coatings have the characteristics of solvent-free, simple construction, high utilization rate, and are growing rapidly in the global market. Matting powders have good decorative properties, and are the most widely used powder coatings for indoor decoration.
When the paint film is tested at 60 ° angle, the gloss above 90% is called high gloss, 60-90% is called flat gloss, 20-60% is called matte, and the gloss below 20% is called low gloss. The market demand for matting powder coatings is also growing. There are many ways to reduce the gloss, and the common way is to rely on the system of physical matting agent or semi chemical matting agent.
As a commonly used additive for powder coatings, matting agent is often very expensive. For products with the same gloss effect, polyester itself has a good extinction, which can determine the final cost performance ratio of the product.
