Pinhole Free Polyester Resin NH6583 for House-appliance and Aluminum Profile Powder Coating
◇ Applications:
NH-6583 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin designed for 95:5 Primid XL 552 powder coating to be cured at 180℃. It can be used to produce various powder coatings of house-appliance and aluminum profile. The coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃
Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV
Coating film thickness: 50～70μm
Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm
◇ Curing Requirement: 180℃×10min.
