50:50 Epoxy&Polyester Resin HH2582 for bonding metallic powder paint
◇ Applications:
HH2582 is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 50/50 hybrid powder coatings to be cured at 180℃.
The balance between high leveling, high weather resistance and mechanical properties of powder coating was solved through the design of product molecular structure, the screening of monomers and new additives.
The coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.

Two-screw extruder
Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃
Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm
Fineness of powder: ＜100μm
◇ Application Condition:
Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV
Coating film thickness: 50～70μm
Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm
◇ Curing Requirement: 180℃×15min or 200℃×10min
◇ Film Properties:
Gel time(180℃,sec): 200~300
Horizontal flow:(180℃),mm: 25~28
Gloss(60°): ≥90%
