NH7808 is a hydroxylated polyester resin for polyester/isocyanate powder coating system.

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×15min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec): 660~900

Horizontal flow:(180℃), mm: 27~31

Gloss(60°): ≥85%

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness ≥1H

Direct Impact (50cm): pass
